the new sam

sam LOVES food. he strikes like a cobra whenever there is a spoon. and while he is not dreadfully particular about what's on the spoon, he definitely has his preferences in the few things he has tried so far.

1. rice cereal: two enthusiastic thumbs up.
2. prunes: two enthusiastic thumbs up.
3. green beans: make a face. will still scarf.
4. water in a sippy cup: two thumbs down. unless water is on a spoon, then will tolerate.

it is sooooo fun watching him eat. i can't wait to try something else. the only downside is, he won't poo every day any more. he holds it all in for three days and then there is a reckoning. tomorrow is a reckoning. i am afraid.
