on tenterhooks

it is SUCH a downer that vacation is over. i swear the regular school week does not go by so fast.  goes to show you how AWESOME vacation is.

highlights
1. date with honey: breakfast at mama's on washington square in the city.  deeeelicious.
2. lunch with p, j, and babygirl, with babygirl cooperating the whole way through
3. brunch with jennywei: homemade buttermilk waffles topped with ben and jerry's vanilla ice cream, blueberries and strawberries, with a side of fried eggs and uncured bacon.  yee haw.

lowlights
1. getting into a fight with the Lord ... well, could be a good thing.

on the fence about ...
1. grassfed beef
2. paying $4 for a dozen safely processed eggs
3. whether or not i'll get a job ... waiting to hear back today or next monday ...
4. going to the mall.  always an ordeal.
