this is my second attempt at growing live cultures in my kitchen, and i believe that this time is the magic, since i'm using the cheeseboard recipe and this book, to date, has never let me down ...

so, if you want some, to make english muffins, zampanos, bread, and cheese rolls of your own, i shall scoop some up for you in in about 10 days ... day 3 is going okay so far ...
