first day back.

and MAN, i STILL had a first-day-of-school dream. something about the summer school principal attaching carbon copies of the school ESLR's to paper towels so we'd all memorize them. gah. and of course, i woke up at 5:45.

all in all though, it wasn't bad for the first day. the children are pretty tiny for the most part, but it's pretty hilarious teaching a mixed 6-8 ELD class. you've got your super-mature, fully-loaded latina hotties next to the tiniest vietnamese boys you've ever seen. and they won't talk. i don't know how i'm going to get them to talk. could be worse though. could be much worse.

sad though. honey and i have had a LOT of 24-7 together time this past month, and strangely enough, i'm not tired of him at ALL. i'm a loser -- i suffered honey withdrawal this morning. :( i'm going to be in so much trouble when he goes to malaysia in september.
