may i just add ... that usually when i need to write things down to remember to do them, i write them on various scraps of paper and post-its and the back of my hand. this morning, i adopted a janice-ism and started writing on the side of my hand by my thumb. much less obtrusive. and perhaps i will die of ink poisoning at a slower rate since it's further (farther) away from the vein?
