many thanks to p.stefani and brittany for coming and hanging out with me. they are precious women. and the notebook is every bit as dramatic as penny has indicated. i may not entirely identify with that kind of "crazy in love" love (i seriously had beyonce playing in my head) but aside from the constant screaming of rachel mcadams and the broodyface of ryan gosling ... it did make me miss my team all the more. :( long distance sucks ass.

at least it's friday. it's a rally schedule. and i have a second date with the lovely penny and brittany and our fuzzy pajamas tonight. like janice says, i may have to hunt for positive things regularly. i think that that might be it for me today. that, or travis the cig king scarfing down the kite runner like a starving man (probably the first book he's read since holes in the sixth grade.)
