people here are mean. examples:

1. a certain scary someone at school got all up in my face for no reason. some students had to stay late to finish a project, and i just wanted to let her know. her immediate response: "why didn't they do it during tutorial?" (i had said they could work on it during tutorial). and of course, they were working on it, but she jumped on me anyways.

2. kids are rude a la "so i lost points because YOU didn't grade MY homework when YOU were supposed to?" and when i get flustered and forget to send their sorry hinies to the office, teachers get mad at me for "not enforcing the standards."

3. kids have entitlement issues. monday morning: "alinna, why didn't you grade our tests over the weekend? we took them on friday!"

4. there are cockroaches here and they are not friendly AT ALL.

how come this week won't end?
